Rev A Hot Chuck Display Electrical Noise

The Rev A Hot Chuck Display has been known to generate excessive electrical noise that can cause issues with CPCS Z Auto-Detection. The electrical noise may also be detected during parametric testing.

Electroglas produced a Rev B board to combat the noise issues with modifications to the LED display current limiting method and display drive voltage source.

United Probe has developed a custom PCB that modifies an original Rev A to take advantage of the Rev B improvements without the expense of buying an entirely new board. We offer an exchange program to eliminate the wait for a modified board.
