DPV
– DAR Phase Verification
The DPV was designed to detect Electroglas DAR board failures before mis-stepping can cause
damage. It identifies output phase failures within milliseconds, pauses
the prober and displays an onscreen warning to prevent wafer or probe
card damage.
The DPV board has been proven to be robust in production with over 1000 units in operation for over 4 years.
Installation takes approx. 15 minutes and requires no specific software changes or minimum requirements.
